Community Impact & Partnership.

Rooted in Appalachia. Reaching Beyond. Appalachian Mission Advocacy (AMA) was born in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene — a grassroots movement turned long-term mission. What started as disaster relief became a full-force initiative for community rebuilding, financial empowerment, and mutual aid. Now, under the Kari Paige platform, AMA continues to serve, scale, and support.

Our Impact So Far

  • Over $1,000,000 in donated supplies, resources & skilled labor
  • Thousands of items donated to individuals & families in need
  • Community repairs, rebuilds & advocacy since 2018
  • Partnered with recovery programs, shelters, and local nonprofits
  • Financial tools & budget programs reaching those most in need

The Resale Model That Gives Back

Sell 2 / Donate 1 — It’s that simple.Through our resale platforms like Poshmark & eBay, every two items sold help fund one item donated to someone in need. It’s sustainable, scalable, and centered on dignity. We also teach this model so other organizations can raise funds, too.
